At work last week we had a BBQ , yummy food was provided by all and I managed to whip us these cookies from Betty Crocker the coconut was coloured in a small plastic bag with about 5 drops of food colouring and a few drops of water, not enough to make it 'wet' though...
I used heavy cream in the frosting which made it really tasty.
A few were left over so my friend took some home for her daughter, Arianna.......
I don't think words are needed....LOL
