It was my birthday last week and I got a bicycle, its a ladies step through city bike, love it... Cream with a Brown ladie's saddle (much more comfortable). I have been out a few times, once around the lake where we used to live and then along the river, its a lovely ride by the river but at the moment you have to be careful as we have a flood watch in effect. All I need now is a basket, Wicker of course, a flower for the handle bars and a flowery dress, guess I need a safety hat too, can you get one that has a floppy brim and flowers?
or shall I go for one of these? Either way it will have some flowers on.....

Hello Sue
ReplyDeleteOther than being great exercise its also great to get out and about by bike. My but I used to go everywhere on my bike....it was a bit rickety but my Dada painted up and serviced it for me and brough me a lovely wicker basket just like the one here in your post so I have to say go for that one!!! I used to go off with my sandwiches, bottle of pop and a good book all packed in my basket. Lovely memories LOL
Enjoy your bike!!!
many thanks for your reply to my previous comments.

I think I would be in the lake if they ran with me, they can stay with Kev, maybe I need to get a doggy trailer for them!
ReplyDeleteYour bike looks great, I look forward to seeing it with the basket! Enjoy.
