Busy this week in the kitchen

I was given a huge bag of Crab Apples this week, we were away camping last weekend so I thought I had better make a start on my Jelly making.

I made 2 batches, one with Cinnamon and one without , really pleased with them, its so nice on buttered toast, not too sweet.

At the weekend I need to make some Salsa, I've never made it before but we have loads of tomatoes ripening
