Secret Santa

At work this year our theme was the Twelve Days of Christmas, I saw this idea online somewhere so I made  "A Partridge in a Pear Tree" funny how some people are,  I though it was quite cute but the lady I gave it to made no comment just popped it back in the box.   Hmmm, next year I'm thinking my Secret Santa gifts will ALL be purchased.  I'll save the specials for the people I know will appreciate them!

  2. I agree with Wendy, that handmade is better and I think it is gorgeous! I also think that unless you do some kind of craft, sometimes people don't appreciate the time and effort you have put into making something for them. That aside I wish you and your family all the best for 2012!!!
    Happy New Year, Michelle.

  4. I wish I got a secret Santa gift like the one you made. The thought and effort would be well appreciated. Your gift was cute as a button and when I read your post to my hubby he was disappointed by their response also.
Have lovely and safe New Year..........

  6. Sue I am really upset by this. I know you did not receive the gratitude you deserved on this gift... BUT don't ever stop giving what comes from your heart. who cares if she didn't appreciate it, does she ever appreciate anything anyone ever gives her. NO she feels that she deserves better then everyone else. If you get her next year buy her a Slap Chop LOL. you made a huge effort, thanks for playing along.
